A padlock inside a speech bubble

A confidential, no-pressure conversation

Not sure whether fractional HSE is right for your business? That’s what the first call is for. Here’s what happens when you reach out.

  1. You send a short note. Use the form below or email us. Tell us a little about your company and what’s on your mind.
  2. We book 15 minutes. We’ll reply to find a time that suits you.
  3. We talk it through. We’ll ask about your work, your crew and your current program, then tell you honestly what we’d recommend — even if that’s “you don’t need us yet.”

Everything you share with us stays confidential.

Common questions

What does “fractional HSE” mean?

You get a professional HSE team working on your program part-time, for a monthly fee, instead of hiring a full-time safety manager.

We already have a safety program. Can you still help?

Yes. We start by reviewing what you already have and build on it, so nothing that works gets thrown away. We’ll tell you up front what the setup involves for your company.

Do you come on site?

Yes. In-person site visits are available as an extra, and we’ll quote them before we book.

Which software and prequalification platforms do you work with?

Site Docs, Workhub and iTrak 365 for HSE management, and ISNetworld, ComplyWorks, 8AM Solutions and SafeContractor for prequalification, among others.

Can you help us get COR or SECOR?

Yes. We build your program to the audit standard, prepare you for the audit and help close any corrective actions afterward.

Is the first conversation really free?

Yes. The first 15 minutes is to see whether we’re a good fit. There’s no cost and no obligation.

Before we talk: what to have handy

None of this is required, but it helps us give you useful advice on the first call.

  • How many workers you have, and the kind of work they do
  • Whether you hold COR or SECOR, and when your next audit is due
  • Which prequalification platforms your clients use
  • Any HSE software you already use
  • Recent incidents, audit findings or client requests you’re working on
